1. Overview

This website is operated by Pearlolo (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Products & Natural/Handmade Variations

Pearlolo sells jewelry made primarily with natural pearls and metal components, handcrafted and hand-set. Because pearls are natural and each piece is handmade, variations in shape, luster, surface texture, and color are normal and are not considered defects.

Product photos are for reference. Colors may vary due to lighting and screen settings.

3. No Custom Orders (for now)

At this time, we do not offer customization (including made-to-order requests, design modifications, or personalized changes). We may introduce customization in the future and will update our policies accordingly.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. We may update prices at any time. Sales tax may be collected where required by law.

5. Order Processing, Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.

  • Shipping coverage: We currently ship within the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier and service level are selected based on destination, package requirements, and service availability, unless you choose a specific paid option at checkout (if offered).

  • Shipping estimates: Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept eligible returns within 10 days from the delivery date, subject to the terms in our Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy for detailed eligibility requirements, item condition guidelines, and instructions.

If a return is approved, the return shipping address and instructions will be provided as part of the return process. Returns are received at our warehouse in Chicago, Illinois.

This section is a summary only. In the event of any conflict, the Refund Policy will control.

7. Care & Use

Jewelry should be handled with care. Natural pearls and metal components may be affected by chemicals, water, sweat, perfume, and friction. Please follow reasonable care practices to help preserve your piece.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content, including product designs, photos, logos, and text, is owned by Pearlolo or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We provide our products and services “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pearlolo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and applicable U.S. federal laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
