Return & Refund Policy (Pearlolo)

10-Day Returns

We want you to love your Pearlolo piece. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 10 days of delivery, as long as the item is returned in its original condition.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition. All original tags and packaging must be included, and the item must be free of damage, stains, odors, or visible signs of wear.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email support@pearlolo.com with your order number.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. All returns are received at our Chicago warehouse.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may be unable to process unapproved returns.

Final Sale & Discounted Items

Items purchased during a promotion or marked “Sale” or “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges & Order Issues

If you receive a damaged item, the wrong item, or an item with a verified manufacturing issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos. We will review the case and work with you toward a resolution.

Because our jewelry uses natural pearls and handcrafted elements, minor variations are expected and are not considered defects. These may include natural pearl characteristics such as subtle texture, tiny lines, or small surface marks; slight differences in shape, luster, or color; and small handmade variations from hand-setting and finishing.

These characteristics are part of the handmade nature of each piece and generally do not qualify for exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong item sent, confirmed damage in transit, or a verified defect.

If you are returning an item for any other reason — including change of mind, style preference, or ordering the wrong item — the return shipping fee is not refundable and must be covered by the customer.
