Shipping & Delivery
All Pearlolo pieces are carefully prepared and packed at our studio and warehouse in Chicago, Illinois, USA.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped out no later than the second business day after purchase.
We ship from Chicago via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (carrier selected based on destination and service availability).
Every shipment includes:
• A tracking number sent to your email as soon as the package is dispatched
• Protective packaging to prevent damage in transit
• Signature-required delivery whenever the carrier offers this service
We intentionally use signed delivery when available to help prevent lost or stolen packages and to ensure the parcel reaches the correct recipient.
Typical delivery time: 5–7 business days within the United States.
Please note that delivery time may vary slightly depending on distance from Illinois, local carrier workload, weather conditions, or holiday shipping volumes.
After Shipping
Once your package has been handed to the carrier, the shipment is under the control of the postal service.
However, we will always assist you if any issue occurs — including delays, mis-delivery, or tracking problems. We will actively contact the carrier and help you resolve the situation.
Tracking
You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link.
Tracking information typically becomes active within 12–24 hours after the label is scanned by the carrier.
