All Pearlolo pieces are carefully prepared and shipped from our studio and fulfillment center in Chicago, Illinois, USA.

Pieces marked as In Stock are already available and ready to ship.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Typical delivery time:
5–7 business days within the United States.

Request a Recreation Pieces

Some Pearlolo designs are available as Request a Recreation pieces.

These pieces are handmade after your order is placed and recreated based on the original design. Because each natural baroque pearl is unique and each piece is carefully finished by hand, please allow approximately 3–4 weeks before shipment.

Before shipping your recreated piece, we will send you photos and videos of the finished piece for your approval.

Once approved, your order will be shipped from our Chicago fulfillment center with tracking information provided.

Shipping Methods

We ship from Chicago via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (carrier selected based on destination and service availability).

Every shipment includes:

• Tracking number sent to your email after dispatch
• Protective packaging to prevent damage during transit
• Signature-required delivery whenever the carrier offers this service

We intentionally use signed delivery when available to help prevent lost or stolen packages and ensure your Pearlolo piece reaches the correct recipient.
