Minimum Order & Discount Tiers
Wholesale discounts are based on the retail-value merchandise subtotal before the wholesale discount is applied, excluding taxes and shipping.
$150+ retail-value subtotal — 15% off
$300+ retail-value subtotal — 20% off
$500+ retail-value subtotal — 25% off
Styles may be mixed and matched across eligible collections. The maximum wholesale discount is 25% off retail pricing.
Wholesale Access
Wholesale pricing is available to approved retail partners and resale businesses.
Access is linked to your approved customer account. Please shop using the same email address used for your wholesale application so eligible wholesale pricing can be applied automatically at checkout.
Wholesale pricing is intended for resale purposes and is not available for personal purchases.
Product Availability
Many Pearlolo pieces are one of a kind, and product photos show the exact in-stock piece available.
Selected Hat Charms and Button Charms may also be ordered through Request a Recreation. Recreated pieces follow the same design, colors, and decorative details, while the natural pearl’s shape, luster, color, and surface characteristics will vary.
Pearl Inlays and Ice Cream Charms are available as exact in-stock pieces only and are not offered for recreation.
Packaging
Each Pearlolo piece is individually packaged and prepared for retail presentation.
Packaging may vary slightly by product type or collection. For larger orders or special packaging requirements, please contact us before placing your order.
Returns & Claims
Wholesale orders are generally final sale.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
Natural variations in pearl shape, color, luster, and surface texture are part of each piece and are not considered defects.
Shipping & Fulfillment
In-stock wholesale pieces typically ship from Chicago within 2 business days.
Request a Recreation pieces require approximately 3–4 weeks before shipment. Because each recreation begins with a different natural pearl, photos and video of the finished piece will be provided for confirmation before shipping.
Orders containing both in-stock and recreation pieces will normally ship together once all items are ready. Please contact us before ordering if separate shipment is required.
U.S. wholesale orders include tracking, and signature service is added when available.

Pearlolo retail prices are provided as suggested retail pricing for our retail partners.
Retailers may set their own final selling prices unless otherwise agreed in writing.
